Page 1 of 7 The Future The USS Odyssey is an extremely maneuverable, limited role Starfleet vessel developed at Ares Fleet Yards in response to the need for a high speed, highly maneuverable, multi-use starcraft. It has served with excellence for a number of years. The Seeker Class Starship is constructed of standard titanium and duranium alloys. The ship has two decks. Deck 1 acts as the command deck, while Deck 2 houses many of the probes and torpedoes on board , and may also be used as a small cargo pod, thus enabling it to operate as a light transport. It is now utilized throughout the Federation as as a deployable vessel, stationed on larger starships in areas of turmoil or internal strife. The Odyssey is the seventh of thirty-eight such starcraft to serve in different areas throughout the Federation. |
